- Sourcing - Our experts source candidates using a variety of databases. We also incorporate advertising and other forms of direct media to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening – Following sourcing, we conduct a pre-screen based on the candidate’s resume
- Qualifying – Candidates that make it through the pre-screening process are matched with client possibilities based on the initial assessment of their experience and skill level. Further qualifying through in-depth telephone interviews will reveal the best match for each candidate and insure the best candidates for each client.
- Submission – A Candidate Submission Document (CSD) is presented to the hiring managers at this stage in the process. The CSD contains detailed notes from previous screening interviews along with the candidate’s resume and any other client requested information.
- Candidate Tracking - Our expert recruiters will stay in touch with the hiring managers throughout the hiring process providing candidate feedback and helping schedule appointments if necessary. Our professionals are always available to help the hiring managers at any point in the process.
- Closing – After finding the perfect match for client and candidate, our expert recruiters will provide the assistance needed to insure that the candidate sees the big picture and makes the final steps in accepting the offer and making the transition.
